Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
  • In the original packaging with all protective linings intact

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Tank Tops & Camis unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other categories (Dresses, Jumpsuits, T-Shirts, etc.) are eligible for returns when conditions above are met.

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Submit Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Use the template below for prompt processing.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Confirmation: Once received, we’ll process your return within 3 business days and notify you via email.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International customers will receive refunds minus any original shipping and customs fees
  • PayPal refunds may take 1-2 additional days to appear in your account

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please indicate your desired replacement item in your return request. We’ll ship the new item once the original is received, with any price differences charged or refunded accordingly. Exchange shipping is free for customers in eligible regions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
