Shipping Information
We carefully process all orders within 1-2 business days before shipping. Please review our delivery options:
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95 USD
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Duties and taxes may apply for international shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of alterations
- In original packaging with protective linings intact
Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Tank Tops & Camis unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process

- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with an RMA number and instructions
- Package Items: Securely repackage with RMA number clearly visible

Refund Details
- Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International customers: refunds exclude original shipping and customs fees
- PayPal refunds may take 1-2 additional days to process
Exchange Process
Simply indicate your desired replacement item in your return request. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return, with any price differences adjusted. Exchange shipping is free for customers in eligible regions.
Damaged or Defective Items
